Pickled Cucumber and Daikon on Romaine Leaf



Pickled Cucumber and Daikon on Romaine Letttuce

Vinaigrette
3/4 cup - Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup - Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons - Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoons - Sambal Oelek
 1 Teaspoon - Fresh Grated Ginger
1 - Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
2 - Thinly Sliced Scallions

This Vinaigrette can be added to your veggies
and then put in the refrigerator to marinate for
about an hour before serving.

Stuffed dough casing filled typically with potato and cheese.
Boiled, then pan fried with onions plated then topped with sour cream.
