Pickled Cucumber and Daikon on Romaine Letttuce
Vinaigrette
3/4 cup - Rice Wine Vinegar
1/4 cup - Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons - Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoons - Sambal Oelek
1 Teaspoon - Fresh Grated Ginger
1 - Finely Chopped Garlic Clove
2 - Thinly Sliced Scallions
This Vinaigrette can be added to your veggies
and then put in the refrigerator to marinate for
about an hour before serving.
